Ingredients for Microwave Chocolate Custard Pudding Recipe
- Milk - 1.5 cup / 360 ml
- Eggs - 3
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 6 tbsp powdered
- Vanilla Essence - 1 tbsp
This is quite an easy pudding, but it has egg in it. It is best served cold and the addition of cocoa powder and vanilla essence takes away the egg smell from this and make it taste wonderful..
Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you..

Hi, i tried this recipe.. I cooked it for 8 mins. but it was little hard.. what could have gone wrong? I did not overcook as i felt it was watery . once its done i switched off. mine is 800W oven. Also measurement is same as written here.

it has egg smell retained still... I used normal cane sugar and not powdered...could it be the reason?
