Absolutely ❤️ and you must decide to get out of your negative conditioning which advocates competition by default subject to comparison! This state of mind pushes you to always want to be something other than what you are without really ever enjoying what you have! It’s a drama that plays out every day before the eyes of each of us without there being any real reactions or at least very few! So choose gratitude rather than desire and love who you are as you are to return to the present, the only moment in which you can act, in other words the most important moment of your life! It is now that you can decide to no longer want to change for the sake of being but to be who you really are for a change! The more you disperse yourself in the hypnotic and futile distractions in which you find yourself today, the more you sink into the trap of illusion which constantly distances you from who you really are. And the more distracted you are, the more reality distorts to lock you in the contradiction between who you really are and who you would like to be! You suffer and are conditioned to live with a feeling of guilt for never being good enough to deserve the abundance and beauty of life! This causes negative energy that impacts the world as a whole, the world as it is today. Observe, this is an indisputable fact! Yet you are endowed with a formidable positive energy once you have broken the ice of lies that condition you. Go beyond, without expecting anything, explore the unknown after having gone beyond your knowledge which limits you to what you know while space becomes infinite once you have freed yourself from the chains of your beliefs. There is no path you can take to escape the confined space that holds us all prisoner and only you yourself can create the path to get there. Life has endowed you with all its power, unconditional love, so that you can move forward on your own path, the only one that suits you! Any other existing direction is a sham and leads you straight into the same dead end, invariably. So, choose, decide and act for a world such that it is truly made of abundance in diversity, a world free and full of joy where everything is always possible! Be who you really are without worrying about the rest and let the magic of life work to open up the unknown to you, without any expectations! Trust yourself and be full of love for who you really are, move forward on your path and reflect yourself in all forms of life to recognize yourself there! You are the world and the world is your reflection, humanity needs you, your particularity makes it all! Realize the miracle that you live, you are this miracle, life! So live ✔️

Everything is energy which means that every living being vibrates at a certain frequency. The vibration rate makes it possible to determine the level of subtle energies released by an object, a place or of course a living being, you! You know that your vibrational frequencies are high when you have a feeling of well-being. All positive events and feelings cling to you like the joy of living, optimism, hope, self-confidence and creativity! everything seems obvious and goes quickly! On the other hand, the lower your frequency, the more your condition deteriorates. With a low vibration rate, you become vulnerable to anything that can negatively impact you to the point of becoming ill. Creative activities, music, sport, helping others, gratitude and positive affirmations are simple activities that allow you to maintain and increase your vibration rate every day! It's a constant state of mind that you choose by deciding to do your best to vibrate at the highest, the maximum being unconditional love, a spark that opens the doors to infinity for you where everything is always possible! This is the magic of life! And it's now, nowhere else!

When you are on the floor after having been rejected, either by a person or an employer, there are some fundamental steps you have to take if you want to heal.The first is to fully feel the emotions and let them pass through and out of you. Don’t “get busy” or suppress the painful emotions so as not to feel the discomfort. Trapped emotions always show up later as physical symptoms.The second is to find something in life that is yours, and you can fully control. For me, that was lifting weights at the gym and Latin dancing lessons. Whatever it is for you, start your rebuilding process there, in however small a way you can.Thirdly, keep reminding yourself that this didn’t happen “to” you out of nowhere… How have you not been living or working in alignment with your purpose, values or desires? Telling the truth is about confronting people with what they don't want to see or hear, reality as it is ! Almost everyone spends their time running away from what is and distracting themselves to become an ideal that will remain in an ideal state. Indeed, what is an ideal? It is, for example, a situation conceived and represented in the mind without being or being able to be perceived by the senses, therefore a result of thought and in other words an illusion. Everyone is therefore built on the basis of an illusion. Saying things as they really are can therefore only be disturbing because it is difficult to question everything and realize that we have taken the wrong direction because based on an illusion! How to accept that all we know or believe is only a misleading and limited perception of reality as it really is? How to believe that we have put all our energy to deviate from reality towards a deceptive but so pleasant lure to believe. Pleasant in appearance but a source of frustration, suffering, disillusionment and so little "pleasure". I put pleasure in quote because the pleasure after which we run is nothing but the opposite of the suffering we are fleeing! But pain and pleasure are only inventions from the psyche, part of the illusion. Indeed, if you discard the thought, the psychological, what remains except the reality as it really is ? That is to say the present moment with the life that unfolds there and that is constantly renewed in an eternal burst of creativity! Isn't this the moment in which we are all gathered? Are there two different moments? No, we live in a single and unique moment which is continuously in motion without being twice identical. Everything is always different there and we can't change it, whatever we do! So why not accept it as it is without wanting to change it? Why do we always want to become something other than what we really are in this moment? Why do we want to become something according to an ideal? It's mission impossible, isn't it? Indeed, we cannot be anything other than what we really are in this moment as it is! Aren't we everything in this moment when if we dissociate ourselves from it, we deviate from it at the risk of being nothing more than an illusory ideal, alone in our own virtual world with all the suffering and fear that this engenders? The fear of not reaching this ideal! And this fear is of course the source of all possible evils! Accept what is and what life offers you, don't try to become something else at all costs! It is then that infinity and all its possibilities will be revealed, contrary to the limits of the ideal that you set for yourself! This is the way to the truth, isn’t it?
